Vapiano has always delivered great results. On New Year’s Eve in Utrecht when all veg & vegan places are closed we had a perfect pizza and pasta combo. Freshly prepared spaghetti pomodoro and a verdure pizza both with vegan cheese. Comfortable high seating with train station views, lashings of chilli olive oil and good prices. Occasionally the pasta queues can be irritatingly long but if you coordinate your pizza order and wait for the pasta vultures to dissipate, things usually work out nicely. Fully fed, watered and wined for less than €30. Try and do that anywhere in the Netherlands if you can.
