Pasta has egg!! Zoodles are a good alternative

Beware that the Vapianos in Geneva includes egg in its pasta (I asked 2 servers). The food was still yummy because the Zoodles (zucchini based noodles/pasta) combined with the pomodoro sauce was a unique and tasty twist. Just steer away from the pasta!

Quick and Tasty

They have many vegan options including different pasta (sauces) and bruschetta. I love how they have a Zoodles (zucchini noodles) option available too! I usually order Zoodles with pomodoro sauce , which is basically tomatoe sauce. Make sure to ask without cheese. They also have other vegan sauces available. The food is good for a quick on the go meal. Pasta is usually done in 10 mins or less. For the food, taste, service and speed it is really good

Pros: Fast, Tastes good

Cons: A bit overpriced in my opinion , Can be hard to communicate w/ chef (Lang barrier)

Best Meal In The City

I just had a fantastic Ratatouille at this fast food restaurant. The pasta is made in front of you at the counter, and you can tell the cook how you want your pasta. Remember to tell them you are vegan. "Sans fromage" pronounced "san fromaj" is helpful French to tell the chef (without cheese)*. The chefs know decent English.

I love how they add basil leaves from a pot of fresh basil..nice touch!

Pros: excellent pasta

fast and tasty

Fast casual Italian where you give them your order and they cook it in front of you. Several vegan options marked on the website but not on this menu including ratatouille and bruschetta.

Pros: fast , can see the ingredients being cooked

Cons: expensive
