A lot of vegan options available - Edit
They prepared your food right in front of you with fresh ingredients and homemade pasta. They’ve added more vegan options with cheeses and sauces that they didn’t have then so it’s even better now. The pizza crust is excellent, the risotto was wonderful, the salads super fresh. It’s a really great option if you want a quick, fresh meal. Not a ton of options but you can be creative!
