Best Ice Cream I Have Eaten - Edit
Since I discovered Vaniglia a few years ago I have not been able to enjoy other ice cream stores. In my opinion, Vaniglia serves the best ice cream in Israel. The store has a couple of vegan ice creams and several delicious vegan sorbets. Highly recommended!

Unusual and Delicious Vegan Ice Cream - Edit
Vaniglia offers some terrific vegan options that I haven't seen elsewhere, including creamy flavors made with rice milk and almond milk. I especially like the delicate rice milk-cinnamon-vanilla-lemon flavor, but also the almond milk-coconut-peanut butter-molasses flavor and soymilk-lotus are very good. The vegan sorbet flavors are among the most unusual I've seen, including chocolate, lime, kiwi, passion fruit, boysenberry, pears in red wine and cinnamon, red grapefruit with Campari, and many more.
