Interested in vegans - Edit
Cauliflower steak with a gorgeous salad on top, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries. Quality food. Not a vegan restaurant but a real effort to provide good vegan options. Head Chef took an interest in feedback to bulk out the menu. Make a stop at this and other OTG properties. Terminal C. Max 4star for not-fully-vegan location

Expensive but decent - Edit
I ordered the hummus appetizer and cauliflower salad. Hummus appetizer = squash, pickled cucumber, roasted tomatoes, hummus, and grilled pita. Tasted pretty fresh and veg was cooked nicely. Cauliflower salad = couscous base, roasted tomatoes, roasted cauliflower, marinated artichoke hearts, golden raisins, pistachios, lemon (I didn’t use the vinaigrette), water cress greens. I really liked this, the couscous had some salt and garlic added to it, so not bland. Cauliflower could’ve used some additional seasoning, but for airport vegan food - I was satisfied. Hummus was $20, cauliflower was $22.
