Phenomenal tasting menu - Edit

I have been to Vanderlyle twice - once in May 2025 and yesterday (January 2026). It is absolutely phenomenal. The food is exceptional and the staff are so attentive and kind.
All of the ingredients are top quality and delicious. Sustainability is at the heart of the restaurant and this is shown by the seasonality of the menu. I cannot recommend Vanderlyle highly enough for a special occasion.

I went to Vanderlyle in Jan for my 30th birthday dinner and had such a wonderful time. Firstly, the food was unbelievable, probably the best I have ever eaten. The menu is seasonal, using all local ingredients and very inventive, with unique flavour combinations that really work. I went with two other vegans and two vegetarians and the vegan options were only slightly adapted so it was nice we were all having basically the same dishes - it wasn’t like they just removed the dairy product and didn’t think whether it would work as a vegan option. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and they even got me a birthday card, which was very sweet! The ambience and decor is lovely and creates a really welcome and relaxed environment. I really want to go back again and try a different seasonal menu, so would 10000% recommend!

Amazing special occasion - Edit

Had the best experience at Vanderlyle celebrating a special occasion. We were lucky enough to be seated at the chef's table at the pass and everything was outstanding from start to finish.

Chef Alex was informative and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. The food was delicious and the soft drinks pairing was interesting and well thought through - we enjoyed every moment.
