Sehr leckeres Eis, man schmeckt die Qualität extrem raus. Auch kreative und ausgefallenere Eiscremesorten sind dabei, bei denen es sich lohnt sich durchzuprobieren 😊

Artisanal nice creams - Edit
This tiny cafe uses Valrhona chocolate, Fair Trade vanilla beans, Sicilian pistachios, and other premium ingredients to make ice creams and sorbets, the latter of which are vegan. Many are unusual (caramel fleur de sel, white chocolate-strawberry, cinnamon, apple strudel, orange saffron, Piedmont hazelnut, and honey poppyseed, for example). As a vegan, I was unable to sample any of these, but from the four suitable flavors available that day, I chose fig (pictured) and Himbeer Schoko Crisp, or raspberry with chocolate chips — an inspired addition; both were delicious. On another occasion, a refreshingly fruity mango sorbet was the perfect foil for the best chocolate nice cream I have ever eaten, as dark and rich as a truffle. Local residents — or the very hungry — can also purchase an entire 500 ml carton (a generous pint). Hot beverages, any of which may be ordered with moo-free milk, are also served, as well as waffles made from spelt flour (regrettably, suitable only for vegetarians).
