Had not heard of these folks prior to arriving, so was pleasantly stunned when they had 11 different vegan options. Sampled strawberry shortcake, cookies & cream caramel swirl, and churros & fudge. All were fantastic and made the difficult choice to go with strawberry shortcake. The ice cream itself is incredibly creamy without that coconut extract aftertaste that I too often get from vegan ice creams. Make sure to ask for a sugar cone as the waffle cones are not vegan.
