Good options - Edit
The restaurant has some good vegan options, I went with my family for dinner, 1 vegetarian, me vegan and 2 omnivores. There’s not a lot of choice, the focus is still meat and fish but there are some decent options available, even for dessert.

We’re very surprised by the amount of vegan options. (Other Van der Valk restaurants that I’ve been to had pretty limited vegan options). The burger, celeriac steak and the vegan dessert were delicious.
