I went here twice while I was in Santiago. I thought the food was good. The first time I went I got the meal of the day, which they serve Monday through Friday at lunch time. On Saturdays you can only order a la carte so the cost of the meal is higher, but it's good that they're open on Saturday as most places in the center are not. The meal of the day came with a soup, and then two possible choices for the main dish. It also came with a small chocolate dessert... Drinks are not included in the meal. When I went on Saturday I chose the lentils bowl, along with a serving of cooked vegetables and I got a juice to drink.

This fully vegan restaurant offers a 3-course lunch menu or enough a la carte options for a very decent price. The food is delicious and good portions. Very kind and informative staff that can help you choose.

Delicious sophisticated vegan food - Edit
We are very happy to have chosen Valshi for our dinner. Unfortunately the menu is only at noon, but we found super delicious food from the menu. What we really liked is that the food is cautiously prepared and sophisticatedly composed.
