good burger and tasty fries - Edit
I can recommend the hummus burger, although it would have been nice with a patty. It was basically only hummus with veggies. The fries were exceptional!

Sono tre anni che torno in questo ristorante e mi ha deluso un sacco sapere che hanno ridotto tutta l‘offerta vegana. Ora c‘é solo un burger vegano e hummus. Peccato anche per il servizio eravamo gli unici e oltre ad averti messo molto a servirci dopo non ci hanno piu considerato. Delusione.

Ottima la scelta di evitare prodotti lavorati.

We can really recommend the vegan bolognese. It was tasty and good of a portion. But the vegan sandwich was like from the supermarket. The bread was ultra white and nothing special.

Great atmosphere and delicious food - Edit
After a long day on the via ferrata outside of town, this restaurant was an amazing place to recharge and refuel. The restaurant is down a small street that was not terribly busy, so it was pleasant to sit outside under one of the umbrellas. The staff was incredible and mentioned to us that the chef was vegan, so he was intentional in the vegan items on the menu. We tried two starters, one of them the vegan board of the day. We also had the two vegan pasta dishes, which were AH-MAZING! The sauce may have been one of the best pestos I had ever had.
