Vegan, soy-free whippy ice cream, gelato, sorbet and fast food served on the beach. Opens seasonally and is weather-dependent. When closed, its products can be found at the adjacent Ice Café which uses separate equipment for vegan items. No telephone. Open Sat-Sun 12:00-18:00. Cafe is seasonal, weather dependant and subject to changeable open hours. When closed, its sister cafe, Ice Café situated next door, has the same menu, gelato and vegan Whippy.

Beautiful ice cream - Edit
Such a lovely little spot, the ice cream is really special with around 8 options to choose from with classic flavours and a few alternative ones, they have choices for specials cones and extras like a chocolate stick on top. The person working when we went was so lovely and made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out.

Have been waiting to try the V360 ice cream shop for ages and I’m glad to have finally got the whippy.
Read moreNot going to lie though, it’s not the best whippy out there, it’s a bit too light and airy for me and doesn’t taste like real ice cream. Cafe Thrive in Southampton or the Happy Cow van in Bristol are my favourites. They get points for the ‘flake’ (choc stick) though which is a really nice touch.
Would give 5⭐️ for the service from the staff though it was so friendly and sweet, we got to try a bit of their bestselling ginger & cinnamon flavours. Personally, I’d recommend just getting the standard scoopable ice cream, it’s better!

Great Mr Whippy ice cream - Edit
First time I have had a vegan Mr Whippy and it was delicious. Nice to have the option of a choc in there too. 3 sizes available and I went for a small after seeing someone else order the small and it was a very healthy portion. Delicious and wish I lived closer to have this more regularly.

A little hard to find this place as it's so tiny and hidden under the walkway on the seafront. Really nice to find vegan whippy ice cream and they also do lots of other vegan flavours too. The staff were super friendly and the ice cream was good too.

Nestled into the pedestrian ramp by the basketball court on Brighton seafront, this 100% plant-based kiosk is the original home to Brighton’s fabulous Whippy soft serve ice cream, gelato, coffees, milkshakes and hot food - think Phish & Chips, Calamari & Chips, Hot Dog & Chips, loaded chips, burgers, nuggets, chips in varying sizes, churros. A great place for ordering from to eat whilst watching players on the court or to simply take away to the pebbly beach or randomly people watch. This café opens most weekends during the summer season but is constantly a pop-up at the larger, pink place, the Ice Café, just metres to its left.

Getting a vegan soft serve cone and walking along the path by the beach in the Saturday sun was a thrill. I have missed soft serve! It was maybe a kind more expensive than the non-vegan ones I walked past, but worth it for me. So good!
