Best fries ive maybe ever had - Edit
Got the fries, green power dumpling wrap and the beyond burger. The fries were AMAZING...like a really really good version of burger king fries. The burger was good as well...kinda fell apart but it was worth it. The dumplings I wouldn't get again. They weren't bad but not to die for.

A hit and A MISS - Edit
I have reviewed V Revolution ***5 stars** in the past and feel badly that I have to correct my review but I, like many others, appreciate the honest truth. I have now been there numerous times and the first time was absolutely wonderful. The last couple of times, the chef has been different and the quality was really poor. The wontons were overcooked and dry. The Beyond Lettuce wraps were greasy and the Tofu Fries **always a favorite** were overcooked and just blah, less flavorful and dry as a bone!! The dumplings (buns) were dried out as well. I was actually surprised but I figured that since I noticed that the chef hurried out of the restaurant right after our order came out, like HE was in a hurry...something must have been on his mind. Who knows what happened there. I just chalked it up to a bad day, but then it happened again. Poor quality and the same chef. They weren't busy either time so probably no excuse for the overcooking unless something strange happened. But when the chef the first time I was there, came to bring out our food, SHE brought the food out herself and it was amazing. I guess I will call before I go next time, because I WILL go again, but I will make sure that SHE is the chef that day.

Top Score for Taste and Options - Edit
My first time visiting and was blown away by the quality, freshness and taste. There are so many options to choose from. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or a carnivore you must try them out. I know you will be glad you did and will be back. Howard is the Chef and deserves the community’s support. What a delightful experience.

V'ery tasty! - Edit
So far I have tried their "Tofu Crystal Rolls" which seemed to be giant spring rolls? So I'm curious what the spring rolls on their menu are like. I also had their "General Tao's Chicken" which was also really tasty, and I haven't been able to find Tao vegan chicken in awhile! Will be trying more of their food soon, hopefully today. Those bao buns look delicious!

Drop everything and visit V Revolution! - Edit
Wow wow wow wow!
Read moreThat is seriously all that we could say while eating this food. We traveled down from Boulder to see what all of the fuss was about, and our expectations were only exceeded. We ordered a vast array of different items of all over the board. These items were the Salt and Pepper Vushrooms, Tofu Crystal Rolls, Teriyaki Bowl, Orange Chicken Bao(an absolute MUST try), and Mushroom Lovers Dumplings. We also had the opportunity to try the Vegetable Pho and Tofu Fries. Everything that we tasted was delicious, and was prepared expertly. The portions were well sized, and the plating was wonderful. Additionally, things are so so so so inexpensive for the quality that you receive. Please cancel your reservations and give V Revolution a try!
Pros: Incredible food, Unique options, Wonderful portions and price
Cons: The only con is that it's not next door to me
