Must stop - Edit
This is in a very cool spot with lots of food and drink vendors, but parking can be a challenge. I kind of panic ordered without asking questions and ended up with a crunchwrap, which was excellent, but the meat was so realistic that I should have ordered something else, like the Philly or some mac…I didn’t even see the grits on the menu, or I would have tried that too. Lots of really fun options, I wish I had time to try a lot more. The portion was large too, so I saved half for later. They were also super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

Worth The Stop - Edit
Soooooo good! It's so rare to find a completely vegan menu so I went crazy. Got the brunch burger with fries, a side of cheesy grits, and a donut with custard. Everything is delicious and way more than I can eat in one sitting, even though I was really hungry. There was a line when we arrived but once we placed our order, we had time to tour the rest of the building and order from a few other vendors. By the time we'd done all that, the food was ready. I would definitely eat here again!

Quite mediocre. - Edit
I can recognize that we visited on a Tuesday afternoon, which is a slow time for any restaurant. However, that does not excuse our experience. Staff were minimally engaged and available, they genuinely seemed annoyed that someone was ordering. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, half of which was clearly reheated/not freshly prepared. The mac and cheese was incredibly disappointing, as there were cold spots in the cup and the noodles were overcooked to the point of mush. We enjoyed the chick'n product, but the tender basket had very small strips for the cost of the meal. The Nashville sandwich was pretty good, but also not as hot (temperature) as expected. I appreciate any fully vegan option in Louisville, as they are quite few and far between in this area, but this was disappointing.

Good food, no vegetables though - Edit
The food was good, the wait was about half an hour for a sandwich with no other customers. Would love to see more vegetables and plant forward items on the menu instead of replacement items.

Not Great - Edit
I really wanted to like this spot but it was just not worth the hype to me. I waited over 30 minutes when there weren’t other customers because they were ringing the wrong buzzer, even though my boyfriend and I were just sitting at the bar right across from the store (like 15 feet away) so we finally went up and they said our food had been ready for a while. Then, I love breakfast burritos, but the one I ate didn’t have much flavor and had a big hard stem in it. The pumpkin curry saved the day, but the hash browns were too fried and had more crisp than necessary. I’m glad they exist and offer vegans a spot to eat in Louisville, but I personally wouldn’t go back.

Excellent but not for me - Edit
Emulates and surpasses the most indulgent non-vegan dishes with a focus on "comfort food" which I would call kinda tex-mex?

Excellent junk food - Edit
Excellent comfort food at reasonable prices. We tried the Gouda Mac and the Nashville Hot 'fauxltry' sandwich as well as the power bowl. All were good but particular points for the smoky Gouda mac

The mac and cheese was a flavor bomb - Edit
We loved the mac n cheese: there was a lot flavor going on in the mac itself as well as the fixings with their smokey BBQ flavors and pickles. The place is really cool too and you can enjoy a craft beer from the brewery while you eat your vegan soul food.

Does not disappoint - Edit
V-Grits always has fantastic food. After trying their Crunchwrap, you’ll never be able to eat one from Taco Bell again. Their menu is much smaller since they moved to Logan Street, but I’ve enjoyed everything on it. They also have new specials out all the time which are usually amazing.

Best barbecue I’ve had in forever! - Edit
I ordered the Barbecue platter and loved every single bite. All items complemented each other: creamy Mac n cheese, slightly sour beans and greens, and sweet/spicy vegan chicken barbecue. Plus - cornbread!! Will get some to take back home with me.

Thought it was ok... - Edit
Ordered the BBQ platter, it was ok. The side of beans & greens were good but didn't love the bbq "chicken", the bbq flavor was too sweet. The side of mac and cheese was just okay, but had a mushy texture. Definitely not a place to go for healthy eats.

This is the best place to get vegan grub in Louisville! Hoping that they are able to bring back their full rotating menu because it's a joy to be able to try so many different, creative vegan dishes.

During my first trip to Louisville for LDB Fest, this was the first food spot on my list. The Gouda Mac Bites were incredible 🤤 B-Grits is a must if you’re in the Louisville area.

Located in the Logan Street Market! The Nashville Hot Chicken was delish and the Gouda Mac and cheese balls were AMAZING! Ask for them to serve your food on a tray if you’re sticking around to avoid the waste from disposable containers😄🌎

Delicious Southern Food - Edit
This was the first place we tried when we moved to Louisville. How cool is it to have a brewery and vegan restaurant in one?!? The beers were great and the food was even better. It was hard to choose what to get but we got the Big Whiz Cheese Fries and the Popcorn Chicken Country Bowl, both of which I would recommend! Awesome flavor. Looking forward to going back to try the crunch wrap and the chicken sandwich!

Not Accommodating - Edit
I have food allergies. They can be simply eliminated from the dishes. This restaurant was not willing to accommodate my food allergies. I agreed to try something. The dish tasted OK but I was definitely sick the rest of the night. They could have easily just added the raw vegetable into my dish. They had no substitution in mind. Everything is pre made as I could tell. Too expensive for what we had. I do not recommend nor will I return to this restaurant.
