Can't go wrong - Edit
You truly can't go wrong with anything on this truck. I have tried many items from Chef Kristina and have never been disappointed. The Mac and Cheese is great, the tacos are great, the burger is great, the grits are great . . . Like I said, you can't go wrong!
As a little background, Kristina won Cutthroat Kitchen on the Food Network and used her winnings to start the V-Grits truck. She has quickly become a presence on the Louisville food scene and has gained a following (including myself), that is well-deserved.

Everything she makes is ridiculous! Reuben burger, mac and cheese, bbq jack fruit. The coconut bacon is incredible. Mushroom gouda burger. I've had an incredible meal every time I've visited. She's not serving processed food. She makes it all herself.
Service with a smile - she's so friendly.
Seriously, if you see the orange truck out and about, do yourself a favor and visit her.
