Affordable, high quality food. - Edit
Not much vegan / veggie food in the area so this was a great reprise. Food was fresh tasty and affordable. Decent vegan selection but would have loved more for example no pasta options.

This beautifully decorated new restaurant was a lovely pit stop on the way to Colombo. The nicest one during our whole trip! It is conveniently located in a quiet residential area parallel to the main bustling road. So it provided a very comforting break after 3h of driving.
Read moreThe menu is very diverse and ranges from sri lankan food, to thai, westernized options and others. We enjoyed the food and the staff was very nice. The restaurant and the wcs were very clean.
- Points to improve:
Would be helpful if all items on the menu had the allergens/animal-derived products (egg, milk, cheese, honey) clearly marked. Also, the staff should be trained on what “vegan” means, as there was some confusion (at least in Europe it means that no animal product was used, including egg, milk, cheese, honey).
A selection of vegan/fully plant based desserts would be amazing 🤩
A net in the bathroom windows to filter mosquitoes and flies would be a nice touch.
