Creative vegan pizza options - Edit
Lovely place with very friendly staff and great pizzas. The menu has a completely separate vegan page with about 10 choices. Highly recommended!

Read moreEdit: we returned two days later because we had enjoyed our pizza so much. This time, the vegan waiter recommended us a (seitan?) chili sausage as additional topping and it was pretty good (I’m not really into fake meats, but my partner really liked it). The service was also great.

This is not my favourite pizza in Trento, but they are for sure the most committed pizzeria in offering a large choice of vegan toppings like mozzarella cheese and cold cuts.
Read moreAlso, they have vegan appetisers in the menu.
Since they look very openminded on vegan food, I hope they will consider to upgrade to a better mozzarella cheese (like the mezzarella by fermaggio 😻).

El restaurante era muy colorido y el personal muy atento, simpático y amable. Es verdad que había muuuchas opciones pero las pizzas dejan un poco que desear (las masas estaban poco cocidas) en cambio la patatas y la coliflor rebozada estaban muy buenas, y el dulce también.

The restaurant was very colorful and the staff very attentive, friendly and kind. It is true that there were many options but the pizzas leave a little to be desired (the dough was undercooked) but the potatoes and the battered cauliflower were very good, and the sweet too.

Many vegan options incl pizza! - Edit
Very nice place where you have an extensive menu with clearly labelled vegan options. The pizza I tried was delicious, especially with the Chili oil. They also have a weekly menu which is 13 euros so a good deal. Only con is that there is only an Italian menu so have google translate ready!

Good options with silly names - Edit
Uva e Menta has added several vegan options, which is really nice to see. I had the vegan-rita and the vegan sud and they were both very tasty. Definitely recommend if you want more choice than average.
Read moreWhat I didn't like, silly as it might be, is that all the names of the vegan pizzas were some mashup (and not really good ones) between the word vegan and some other word. That saddens me a little because in my modest experience, non vegans rarely like to be associated with the term and I feel like they would be less likely to order a pizza with such names and that is listed In a separate menu page. The vegan sud for instance really shows how this "segregation" is quite overdone, as it's simply a pizza without cheese (or red pizza), so it didn't really need to be called vegan-something, and it could be listed with the rest of the menu, with the appropriate vegan-friendly symbol next to it (which the menu does have in the form of a little broccoli).

Absolutely lovely staff, quite good pizza in terms of toppings, I would have preferred Neapolitan pizza as it is superior to any other style of pizza but it's somewhere between that and typical restaurant style pizza.
