Me gusta el concepto de este restaurante, muy saludable y las opciones veganas son muy ricas. Lo recomiendo.

I like juices and vegan options. A very nice place.

Upon entering this bar, the first thing I noticed was the cramped walking space. The atmosphere is nice, but I had to sit outdoors.

Since it's mainly a juice bar, they don't have a lot of food options. They do, however, have the BEST lentil soup I've ever had and some really tasty open sandwiches (I had the portobello mushroom one); it wasn't quite enough for lunch, which was what I was expecting.

Bottom line: I'd recommend this place, though not for big meals.

This place is an ingenious creation by a new york city trained chef, who is passionate about serving the most delicious food possible using only the highest quality ingredients. She effortlessly infuses the amazing array of fresh local produce with classical ingredients to create her signature juices, smoothies, and dishes that are completely unique to UVA. It's a gift and Oasis to lucky local Bogotanos. To top it all off, UVA utilizes highly alkaline water for everything. The combined effects? You will leave here feeling nourished and supercharged whether you go for a quick juice or for a complete meal.....until you'll come back for more (as I did) !!!

I recommend everyone to come to this place to feel happier for the rest of the day. If you're looking for high-quality food made with good taste and love come to this bar. The chef does her best to please you and greats you with a warm welcome.
The place offers you a big assortiment of healthy and tasty juices made with organic and fresh products, as well as delicious salads and soups.
It is not often that you find places as amasing as this.

UVA it's one of a kind in the city. Really making a difference, it offers a wide range of juices that serve a better purpose (help you go healthier, have more energy, or refresh your whole system). No wonder why the juices are superb! Everything is made with fresh and local ingredients and above all, with love. There are also salads for lunch and many options for breakfast (served all day) and a variety of choices and alternatives for people who are gluten, wheat or soy intolerant. The place has a really nice vibe and you can actually feel it, not only in the super friendly staff but also in the food. This is a place I will definitely visit often. My favorites so far: Super Grasshopper Juice, Piña Colada (made with coconut milk, so good!) and the Wild Berry juice.

This place is new and amazing. They serve big bowls of salads with a good combinations of crispsy leavy greens, grains, roasted veggies, seeds, avocado, mushrooms and a choice of different dressings. Basically vegan and on top there is a list of things you can add on such as tofu and goatcheese. The spelt sandwich is realy worth trying with portobello mushrooms, which is great for people with wheat intolerance. And not to forget the coldpressed juices, especialy the green juice and the wheatgrass shots. The ingredients are realy fresh,tasty and mostly organic, so the simplicity of the combinations enhance the original taste of the food. Everything is made from scratch. The owner knows a lot about healthy food and creates the things with love. This is especialy felt after eating, how much the food has nourished your body. This place is recommended to anyone who feels like feeding their body with good energy. Thanks you for nourishing me :-)

I hope there will be an UVA juice bar in NYC soon. This place is full with great vibrations. The food is delicious, simple and real. Vegetables are fresh, crispy and locally grow. Juice selections are great. Great combinations to enjoy wheat grass delicious consumption. Super foods are serve directly from the fruit, vegetable or produce and never from powder. Lovely owner personally taking care of kitchen quality and customer service. Great place to meet good vibe people in Bogota. Thank you UVA ;)
