Amazing s&p tofu

We ordered door dash and I was so impressed. Everything arrived steaming hot and flavourful.
We got the spring rolls
Satay skewers
S&P tofu
Jasmine rice
Mushroom and Asian greens

The kids loved the skewers.
I thought they might find them a bit spicy but they didn’t complain at all.

Everything was delicious. And If I wasn’t with kids I would’ve ordered some spicy food off the extensive vegan menu. It all looked so good. .

I also recently ordered the pad Thai … so so good.

Good vegan options

Uthai Kitchen is an option worth considering when the local veg places are closed. We had a family meal with appetizers and mains that pleased the whole family. The curries were a bit on the mild side, so let them know if you prefer spicier.

Pros: Quite a few vegan options

Cons: Serves meat

Best Thai food in Adelaide

Strong, bold flavours, totally decent prices, and many specifically vegan dishes. They are easily my favourite Thai restaurant in Australia.

Pros: Totally delicious, Good prices, A lot of options

Great

Great vegan options! The food was good quality and I really liked their version of mock skewers and salt and pepper tofu.

Favourite take-away joint

Although we don't live super close, Uthai is easily one of my favourite places to get takeaway. The vegan menu is huge. My favourites are the thai green curry and the sriracha tofu!

Absolutely Delicious

We stopped in here on the weekend after finding it on The Happy Cow. We were tired and hungry. At first glance this place seems more take away than eat in but being hungry we opted for eat in. The food was so, so good and I’m dreaming of my next meal from here. It was quite noisy with all the usual kitchen noise, phones ringing and Uber eats drivers coming through the door in a constant stream. Not the place to go if you are looking for a quiet, romantic dinner. Honestly the food was so good though I’m not surprised at the amount of orders going out the door. The staff were so helpful and nice as well which was a nice change from some places we have been. We had curry puffs for entree which we thought could have used a bit more spice but the pastry was perfect. Mains I had tofu & veggie green curry as well as mixed mushroom & tofu cooked in ginger. Both were outstanding. The curry was spicy enough to gently warm the palate so I’d suggest if you like it hot let them know when you order. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Pros: Big vegan menu, Friendly, helpful staff, Generous servings

Cons: Very loud

*5 stars*

I want to rate Uthai 5 stars but that rating is only available for fully vego restaurants.
They have a full vegan menu, staff are super friendly, and they serve the best salt and pepper tofu in the world.

Vegano surprise

Ordered through uber eats, just trying it out. Now it's one of my favourite vegan options in Adelaide. Ordered the pad Thai and chicken satay vegan.

Pros: Really good vegan options, Good mock meat, Flavours!
