Pretty good - Edit
The food was good but was frustrated that their menu isn’t more explicit as to what is & isn’t vegan. I had to ask to clarify that the avocado toast & açaí bowls were vegan because it doesn’t indicate them as being plant based on the menu. The açaí bowls were pretty good & the avocado toast was quite good with the almond cheese. Pricey just like everything in Vegas

Delicious vegan breakfast options at the end of the trip - Edit
I just found out that the founder of Wynne actually was a vegetarian so a lot of the options at the Wynne have vegan and vegetarian options. The Hugo‘s rancheros were delicious.

Avocado pizza! - Edit
The avocado pizza was excellent! The pic says it all. So fresh and full of flavor. On the side, it was served with chili oil, olive oil, and fresh oregano.
Read moreThe only down side (and this is a very small thing) is that when I asked if they had vegan options, I was only offered the portobello panini as an option or some salads I could modify. I saw the avocado pizza on the menu (labeled as plant-based rather than vegan) and asked about it. The person didn’t know if the crust was vegan and had to check (came back and said it was). Minor thing as they did proactively check.

Nice Treasure - Edit
I was pleased to find this little gem. They had a wonderful menu loaded with information and markings, i.e. vegan, gluten-free, organic, etc. I ordered the Vegan portobello panini and vegan chocolate cake. The sandwich came with a small walnut salad. Both were very tasty. The chocolate cake had good flavor but was extremely dry. The iced coffee, with oat milk, was good as well. Their caffe is beautiful and they have a supply bar filled with to go containers, 2 water choices with cups and more. Very, very nice set up!

Nice option when in Vegas - Edit
A few options for vegans, mostly involving fake meats. However, the oatmeal with fruit is excellent and they have organic coffees & teas. And they are very willing to customize items for veg/vegans.
Read moreThey have avocado toast, salads and, vegan chocolate cake.
Another bonus is its location at the north end of the mall in the Wynn hotel, THE most civilized property in the part of town 😉 #Veganuary

Small vegan options - Edit
We had the portobello panini and it was good, not fabulous. I had their lentil soup which was marked vegan and it was tasty. We also got the tostada salad that we got without sour cream and cheese. They also had one vegan dessert which was a slice of chocolate cake, it was a little dry but handled our chocolate craving. Overall it filled us up but would love to see more vegan options.

A few nice vegan options - Edit
I went to this place because the Wynn website noted it as being a source of food with “organic ingredients that span the spectrum of healthy living, from vegan to gluten-free….” Given this description, I was expecting more vegan options than were presented. I was also expecting a more knowledgeable staff. The only lunch item I saw listed as vegan was their vegan mushroom panini, which was good and certainly better than the usual meat replacement burgers seen everywhere. I also enjoyed a green juice blend and a “vegetarian “ chili that was actually vegan, but not labeled as such. It took some research from the kitchen staff to confirm it as vegan (with my help looking at the ingredients list).

Cons: Hard to find in Wynn…on second level of shops, Staff not very knowledgeable about vegan food
