Innovative cuisine - Edit
While this resto is not vegan, it is probably the only restaurant in Toronto to serve innovative, gastronomic-inspired foods. They know how to serve it vegan and can modify the almost-vegan meals for you. The walnut foie gras is vegan, but not specified. Creative food, but spendy. It wasn't busy when we went but reservations are preferred (they will ask if you have any dietary restrictions)
Pros: innovative cuisine, unique, nice ambience
