Fine dining with several veg options - Edit
This relatively new spot opened gradually over 2025 in the same space as the owners' Mammoth Roasting Coffee shop.
Read moreAs of this writing (Feb 2026), the first four menu options are vegan or are labelled that they can be made vegan.
Our party of four vegans really enjoyed sharing the Turnip Tartare, the glazed eggplant, and the Crispy Potatoes. The grilled romaine Caesar salad would have been better with a vegan Caesar dressing instead of the vinaigrette substitution they used.
Everything came out quickly served by the owner/chef.
Pros: Rare fine dining in Mammoth, Friendly and personal service, Labelled vegan options and flexible chef
Cons: Expensive (but we'd go again), Menu lacks much plant based protein
