Love this place!!!

I didn't eat here for the longest time because of reverse snobbism -- my perception of the word "urbane". I was wrong! This is a very down-to-earth, friendly little fast food ish place with vegan options clearly indicated with a green leaf. All foods I've enjoyed here -- banh mi, salad, no bowls yet, but I'm looking forward to them on future visits! -- have been fresh and deliciously flavorful! Caveat: your meal won't come out with fast food speed since all dishes are made fresh to order. There's another location on California Ave near Stockdale hwy, too. Urbane Cafe: one of my new faves!
