This was my worst birhtday lunch 😭 - Edit
We ordered from Urban Pizza online a few times before (in 2023), and it was solid. For a change, we thought of visiting the place, and eating at the venue. I usually don't give bad reviews, however, this was a really bad experience, and we must share the latest status with the community.
Read moreThere was no heating in January, it was very cold inside 🥶 After we got seated, we wanted to order drinks – most of them on the menu were not available. Only cold drinks from the fridge were possible (no tea, or coffee).
On the men's toilet, all three urinals were broken and covered in plastic foil 😵💫 And there were no paper towels to dry your hands. That was the 2nd warning sign. But ok, we thought they have a small construction site going on, and we could live with that.
So, then we ordered food. We waited about 45 mins for them to make 2 burgers, 1 pizza, 1 lasagna, and 1 salad. The waiter left in the meantime. I assume he went out to make a delivery (no one said anything to us). He never came back 😳 So our drinks were served only with the food. And there was no sight of cutlery.
The cook brought out the food. I asked for the glasses, and they looked at me weird, as if they don't understand why one would need a glass to drink from. Finally, they brought them out from the back. Haha, what is going?
Regarding the food... we got a wrong salad, and they forgot on one burger. So, one guest was left waiting for another 20 min 😡 The salad bowl was not at all as described on the menu – basically it was chopped lettuce with a ton of dressing mix (mayo, sugar, ...) on it 🤢
At the end, we overpaid for the worst dining experience.
We are so disappointed and will never be coming back again. Bye bye, Urban Pizza 👋

don‘t expect an italian style pizza. it‘s a thick dough and the taste is not like pizza. i am missing oregano for example. you get a discount when ordering @ their website.

one of the few vegan pizza options in the area. different options, some a tad pricey. sadly can't recommend the veg lasagne, but still glad they have the option. they have a nice little outside area, and the staff was very friendly

Habe bis jetzt nur bestellt, vegane Pizzen schmecken extrem gut und die Auswahl für Veganer ist mehr als groß (mehr auswahl für Veganer als viele ganz vegane Restaurants).

Wir haben direkt bei Urban Pizza bestellt. Lieferzeit hatte statt 1 Stunde 1,5 betragen, wurden dazwischen nur vertröstet, dass die Pizza eh unterwegs ist. Ja es war Halloween, aber wäre die Lieferzeit transparent kommuniziert worden, wären wir einfach schnell hingefahren. Bei einer Pizza hat ein extra gezahltes Topping gefehlt. Aufgrund der Lieferzeit war die Pizza auch kalt. Geschmack war okay. Pluspunkt bekommt der vegane Käse.

I ordered a vegan family pizza and the „cheese“ was just too much and I could not eat more then one piece. And I paid insanely lot for it. Like 30€ or so (it was a few weeks ago, don’t remember the exact price).

Very accomodating service, vegan pizza cheese, a vegan cheesecake selection and a choice between almond and oat milk for the final coffee. Don’t let the first impression throw you off - the actual dining room is nice and cosy. Thumbs up for offering so many vegan choices!
