Great Pasta but Not the greatest atmosphere - Edit
I didn't mind so much that they only had two vegan options as I wanted to try the signature dish Spaghetti all'Assassina and it was done to perfection. It's amazing how you can turn such a simple dish into a great meal. Also, the vegan options are clearly marked and they make a point of asking about allergies. However, the canteen like atmosphere threw me off. In addition, I took a seat for myself after waiting for several minutes for someone to assign me a seat or even acknowledge me at all. I was informed I should have waited to be seated if I didn't make a reservation after I had already ordered. Afterwards, the staff was almost too attentive, asking If everything was alright or if I would like the dish to be spicier every few minutes. Nevertheless it's a great place to visit as a vegan in Bari.

Ate here with some friends. It's a bit out of the main city center but nothing extremely annoying. The food was very nice and the menu offers different versions of the famous Assassina pasta

They recently revised their vegan options and have 2 choices on the menu. The choices are their basic and most simple pasta. When I asked if I could order a side of olives I got a NO they don’t do it that way. They do not accommodate changes. So, less flavorful and indifferent, but yes they do have vegan choices or options on their menu!
