Delicious South American food

Went for Urban Fresh for an evening meal and was pleasantly surprised to see so many vegan and gluten-free options! The restaurant has lovely outdoor seating overlooking the river. The cauliflower, plantain and sweet potato la plancha ardiente was delicious and could be made gluten-free.

Vegan section of the menu

I appreciated the clearly marked section of the menu. There are 3 options. The "La Plancha Ardiente" was very tasty. It's grilled plantain, sweet potato, and fried cauliflower, served with 3 flour tortillas and guacamole. The blood orange sorbet was delicious. They also had mango and lemon.

Pros: Good location, Vegan section of menu, Sorbet flavors

Cons: Limited vegan dessert options
