Good food, price, people and national garden setting. House made hot sauce is so good I will miss the bottles I bought on this trip when done.

This place has several vegan and vegetarian options and a beautiful garden setting for their dining area. We had falafel wraps for 4500 CRC and they were tasty and very filling.

They have a couple vegan items and they're really tasty. The vegan burrito and vegan wrap are very full and delicious. Also lots of hydrating smoothies.

Really nice garden at the back of the restaurant. It's organic food (at least it's what they say). However, they only have three vegan options and they are almost the same (two wraps and one burrito).

One of a kind Organica restaurant in San Isidro. They are almost all vegan except for the chicken, eggs and cheese, but they are happy to remove or side any non-vegan ingredients. Amazing omelets and pancakes served until 11:00 am. We love the vegetables, organic fruits and smoothies.

When in Perez (San Isidro) for Farmers market (La Ferria), grab a quick breakfast here. Get a veggie wrap without the cheese or a plate of whole grain pancakes. A Costa Rican take on hippy food. We loved it.

So Happy to have a Place to Eat on Town Day! - Edit
Restaurants come and go so quickly here...just when you find a place that has something edible (vegetarian and healthy), it turns into a Ropa Americana or pet shop...I live in a rural area and San Isidro de General is the biggest city around for supplies and farmer's market once a week. It is so nice to have found Urban Farm Cafe to eat lunch at on town days and always get good simple healthy food!

Who would have ever thought that on our Costa Rica vacation last month, we could find a clean, healthy, friendly cafe where each one of us found exactly what we like to eat? Well, we did. Thank you, Urban Farm Cafe, and especially the owner, Laura, for a lunch that included fresh salads, wraps and delicious smoothies. There was even a desert special of rice pudding with pineapple marmalade that had just been made that day.

My family and I travel to the southern part of Costa Rica a few times a year. We usually just drive through San Isidro, but a friend told us to stop and have lunch at this restaurant. We were so surprised with all the healthy choices that they have to offer. The menu has something for everyone. I had a wrap and my wife ordered a caesar salad. We also tried a pineapple juice and strawberry shake :) The food was deliciously prepared, and the service was excellent.
