Average pizza - Edit
Bespoke veganuary menu with special vegan cheese. There are Vegan options on the standard menu too. Also a dessert option!
Read moreEdit. On our last family visit, quality was a bit down plus service was really slow and we felt ignored (it was a quiet lunchtime) and then they add a cheeky 10% service charge!

Nice but not my favourite - Edit
Pizza was nice enough and good quality, however i'm not a huge fan of stonebaked pizza. I found the cheese a little sickly after a couple slices. Also they could have been more generous with the toppings. Garlic sauce was nice. It's great that they are so vegan friendly, however not my favourite vegan pizza but glad I tried it 🍕

5 star - Edit
I go here often, the best pizzas by a country mile for vegans. I usually don't get vegan cheese added but as there are specials on for veganuary I tried the Courgette, White Onion, Pesto, Rocket & Julienne Bruno Super Straccia, absolutely fantastic, I hope they keep the cheese on the menu as an option 😋

Fantastic pizzas with a delcious Straccia "cheese". Lotanof choices, friendly staff, nice ambience. I'd definitely come back. The veganuary menu is great. I wish Happycow allowed me to give 5 stars #Veganuary

It's Mint Up North - Edit
I first tried Up North Pizza Co when they were operating out of a food truck. Since then they have moved into a very friendly and relaxing new premises near the sea front.
Read moreOn both occasions I have visited, the pizza has been delicious, with a very good selection of toppings and a great base. The vegan cheese used is also excellent and I would highly recommend the rustica and diavola pizzas, whilst for dessert you won't be left disappointed with the divine chocolate orange torte.
Vegan options are clear and some pizzas can also be veganised on request. We did this for our rustica pizza. The coffee is also great but there is a small charge for plant milk.

Great pizzas - Edit
Special pizza toppings for veganuary although they always have vegan options. The Julienne Bruno super straccio cheese was great although their normal vegan mozzarella is good as well. #Veganuary
