Excellent food! - Edit
For years now the owner and chef has offered vegan options. His new flatbread dishes are, in my opinion, the best you'll find in Charlotte county. Packed with flavor with roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic drizzle. He also knows how to glaze vegetables very nicely. Tender, glazed and well prepared; the peas could use a little better de-stringing sometimes.
