Best Vegan Pho - Edit
The staff is so kind. We’ve been eating here and getting take out since they first opened. They have the best Vegan Pho. We also enjoy the Tofu Rolls. They recently increased there vegan options, which is so amazing. We love their Tofu Banh Mi. They even have Vegan Mayo! We recently tried the vegan tofu curry with vermicelli noodles. It is potatoes, sweet potatoes, tofu, onions, and cilantro in a vegan curry broth, soooo delicious!
