They remodeled and renamed it. First thing you see is the bar…tables are behind it. Didn’t see cauliflower steak on the menu. Opted for the vegan portobello burger (comes with fries) and mushroom stir fry. Both are oily but better than bland. I would get the burger again.

Nice surprise

I was hours early for a flight, and knew what food laid ahead of me at LAX. I’m so glad I decided to stop into the Hyatt. Unity LA has an awesome vegan sandwich and a great looking vegan grain bowl. Plus sweet potato fries that looked delicious. I opted out after a long trip of eating in LA.

Pros: Seeing the word Vegan a few times on a menu , Great food, Friendly service.

Vegan late night dining after flight

Thank goodness for unity la™ Bar & Lounge - enjoyed delicious late night dining after a flight into LAX last night. Hotel is great and really nice that you can walk to it from the terminal. I am always delighted by the quality of food and vegan options on the menu here. .

This time I had the vegan sandwich - Portabello mushroom, roasted peppers, sprouts, avocado, tomato & hummus on delicious whole grain bread.

Pros: Late night dining , Walking distance to LAX , Vegan options clearly marked
