Pretty Good, Staff Will Work with You - Edit
The spicy noodles I have found are the BEST! The UB bowl is underwhelming. The tahini dressing and the tofu are the best part of it. Staff is super friendly and will work with all dietary restrictions and are very accommodating I have found. When I told them I would get ill if I were to eat animal products, since I’ve been vegan so long, they even made sure to fry the chickpeas in a seperate oil to ensure no cross contamination.

I had the falafel burger and loved it! The texture was perfect and it was a fun, unique item to get. The beer is great as well.

Vegan pizza is great! - Edit
Union Bear has a vegan falafel sandwich, a bowl and great pizza w vegan cheese option. We thought it was great! Our toppings were crunchy potato, broccoli rabe and jalapeños.

Wish for more options - Edit
Thankful there are options but not much to choose from. They have vegan cheese for burger and pizza. No vegan dessert but solid 3-4 options on the menu. They confirmed they can modify salad to remove non vegan ingredients.
