I had a hibiscus mezcal margarita, vegan empanadas, and the vegan enchiladas.
Read moreThe margarita was good, the empanadas needed more flavor, and the enchiladas were pretty tasty.
The chimichurri on the empanadas and the filling itself was pretty bland and the chimichurri was dry. The salsa verde and mole on top of the enchiladas was delicious, but the enchiladas themselves could’ve used more filling (maybe mushrooms or potatoes).
The other people in my party were pretty satisfied, with the exception of one who hated her dinner plate (they’re all non-vegan).
Overall, it was great to visit a new Latine owned restaurant. I live in the city and visited this place with my friends who live nearby. It’s great to see more restaurants opening up.
The staff was kind and the vibe and decor itself is cute, but they may need to work on their vegan options.
Pros: Vegan options, Lots of beer and drink options , Outdoor seating when weather permits
Cons: Pricey , One person bathroom , A bit small if the patio is closed

Nice but expensive and more! - Edit
Well, I really wanted to like Unidad but I ended up with food poisoning and threw up in their bathroom before we even paid the check. I had the Seitan Carnitas and that was the only thing I ate that no one else in our party touched so that had to be the culprit because I was the only one who got sick. Aside from the violent nausea though it was a nice night out.

Cons: Very expensive, it was over 200 dollars for 5 , guacamole they offer as an appetizer has cheese, No veggie fajitas? They’re so easy. Sad.
