Great Food at Uncle Falafel - Edit
I tried Uncle Falafel near the Bahnhof and really liked it. The food was fresh and full of flavor — I had hummus, falafel and some salad, everything tasted homemade. The place is clean, service is friendly, and they have vegan and halal options too. Good prices and easy parking. Definitely worth trying again.

We would recommend anybody who likes falafel and hummus to go there if you're looking for a place to eat near Salzburg main station. Staff is super nice! Vegan cheddar fries were also great and some other sauces that we cannot name anymore. There are definitely more vegan and vegetarian options than meat which is a nice contrast to most other restaurants in Salzburg.

A must taste for vegans - Edit
I've ordered dozens of times and even though they serve flesh they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. It's always a very fresh and special taste and quite cheap for Salzburg. The portions are huge. Make sure to taste their "vegan menu". You won't need any side dishes except if you are starving, maybe.
