Great Veggie Hot and Sour soup, along with.... - Edit
Wow, vegetarian hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and Mu shu. They were all so good I had to ask for boxes to prevent over eating.
Everyone was friendly, the wait staff was so coordinated that it seemed like they were reading my mind. So glad, I finely got to try Uncle Chen's.
Pros: Great food, Large selection of veggie dishs, Friendly
Cons: "hidden" outside of downtown San Mateo

Waiter didn't seem entirely sure of what dishes had egg in them. Had a "beef" dish that was just okay.

Cons: vegan options not labeled, egg used in veggie dishes
