Relaxed restaurant with a nice variety of dishes, both salty and sweet, and a welcoming staff who also speak english.

Il dehors è molto accogliente anche se sulla strada e il cibo ottimo. Peccato solo che quando sono andato io erano solamente in due a lavorare, uno in sala e uno in cucina. Eroici, encomiabili, ma lentissimi nel servizio per forza di cose.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The got the 3 primi sampler for 16 euro and it was a large portion but nothing amazing. Felt like something I could make at home. HOWEVER, I had the hazelnut cake and it was absolutely amazing... the best cake I’ve had in years for sure. Definitely go for the desserts

Céntrico y variado, sin pretensiones. La sopa de garbanzos y centeno estaba muy rica y me han servido un cuenco enorme. El segundo ha sido poco interesante pero también una porción generosa (tofu picante que no picaba). Postre: me lo he llevado: tarta de chocolate y una barrita tipo «Crunch» con arroz Y ¡cacahuetes! que me he comido caminando hacia el hotel... ¡Riquísima!

The first thing you will notice is their window full of vegan cakes and desserts (many are also raw). A paradise for a sweet lover like me. But they also make very good savoury dishes, as well. We tried their seitan with mushrooms, potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes that really melted in our mouths. Great cakes as well: we fell in love with their hazelnut cake, a fluffy sponge cake filled and covered in light hazelnut cream: a dream for all nut lovers!

I liked this place so much, I came back the next day! I had a salad with tempeh (lots of fresh veggies and toppings), focaccia sandwich (AMAZING), and the coffee cake. All of it was exceptional, and the service was lovely. The next morning I had a breakfast of porridge with fresh fruit, pistachio cake (A MUST HAVE) and a latte with soy milk. Wish I lived in Bologna just for this restaurant.

The restaurant is very cosy with tables outside and inside. The owners are super nice and the food very delicious! Can absolutely recommend this place.

So glad I came across this gem! Can confirm the positive reviews are completely deserved. I sat outside on a warm end-of-summer evening enjoying delicious eggplant moussaka, a glass of white wine, and an out-of-this-world pistachio mousse. The host is a polite guy too. Very reasonable prices. Would go back all the time if I lived here.

Great food , cosy little place, the man was so friendly and informing . Took time to advise us . The place just feels so welcoming. They have a whole display window with cakes and desserts . Some raw. I had pumkinflowers for the first time ever and they were excellent. My son had the quinoa burger but most of all we were looking forward to that cake in the window and we were not disappointed. Delicious . All for very reasonable prices. The menu changes but I think that is great . You’re sure you’re eating seasonal , local and fresh.

Very good food (a bit expansive for Bologna) - Edit
Went there on May 24th for a dinner. We had the mix of starters (piadina with peas, asparragus, etc., fried polenta with caramelized mushrooms and marinated cabbage, rice & vegetables croquettes with Trispea onions) for 13€, and it was very good. The mix is a good way to try different Italian meals (with a twist) and the portions are sufficient enough for a shared plate of starters.
Read moreThen we had a lasagna with soy ragù for me, and the eggplants' parmigiana with sautéed endives for my s/o. It was very good, although the lasagne wasn't as satisfying as the starters (and I preferred the parmigiana).
Then finally the tiramisu, very good also! I'm not the biggest fan of tiramisu but imho it was a very good one😄
In a nutshell, if you want to try Italian food without having to worry in restaurants whether they used eggs or cheese in their pasta, sauce, or whatever, and you like high cuisine-like meals this a very good place. Try it at least once if you can afford it!
