Ristorante con opzioni vegane - Edit
Ho apprezzato il fatto che nel menu ci fossero più opzioni vegane tra gli antipasti, tra i primi, contorni e dolci. L'ambiente è carino e si possono acquistare vari prodotti interessanti. Io ho acquistato delle fave di cacao e un paté di olive nere.

Typical macrobiotic place - Edit
Once you’ve been to one macrobiotic place, you’ve been to them all ;). The food was ok, the staff was friendly. It’s a good option for some healthy food at least. They also sell a small selection of natural produce and product. I expected the food to be cheaper, we paid €30 for two mixed vegan plates, carrot juice and a bottle of water. They do have meat and fish on the menu.

Macro in Citta ... Who Knew? - Edit
I was in Citta di Castello doing geneaology research last summer. The last thing I expected in a medieval Italian hill town was to find a delicious, inexpensive vegan meal! Un Punto Macrobiotico is a great little Italian chain well worth checking out. This one features both a store where you can stock up on beautiful organic Italian specialties like lentils, crackers, and sweets, and a small, informal restaurant where you order off a chalkboard and eat at family-style tables. The ambiance is casual and convivial, and the food is simple and nutritious. It's a great value that will leave you feeling satisfied and healthy.
