A great spot downtown - Edit
Cute cafe with a lot of vegan options. I got the kimchi hotdog and city slicker hotdog with a vegan hotdog and vegan bun. Both were tasty and filling. I also got a smoothie which could be made with oat milk. Overall, this is a nice spot with a lot of options. Their open hours are quite limited. Also, their online menu is a bit more detailed about what is vegan compared to the menu inside.

Great place with a great concept - Edit
Cute little cafe with breakfast, lunch, and coffees. They have a “world” theme, so you can get foods from a bunch of different cultures. They have several vegan and vegetarian options, all labeled. They also feature a lot of local companies. I enjoyed two of the build your own vegan hot dogs while my omni husband had his pick of gluten free other dishes. Friendly staff and good food!

Great coffee & lunch spot in a town with few vegan options - Edit
Vegan hot dogs with several options including kimchi & vegan chili, wraps, vegan soups & three types of plant milk for espresso drinks. Wine and local draft beer available also. Occasionally they will have locally-made vegan treats as well.
Read moreIt’s located across from the Marriott hotel downtown and next to the CoHatch co-op space, in a historic former city hall. The staff is very friendly and it is located on the local bike trail aldo.. My favorite lunch spot in Springfield
Pros: The vegan dogs are exceptional in texture, Three types of non-dairy milk, Historic location, friendly staff
Cons: it’s still mostly non-vegan
