Very few vegan items - Edit
I went there based on reviews and word of mouth, but I was disappointed with the selection. There were only 3 vegan items on display, and only one of each was available. That’s less than 20% of their menu, so I’m rating it out of 4*. Taste was good but portions were small and prices on the high side for Cluj. All coffees except black come with milk, and if you want plant-based milk you have to pay extra.

I didn't know raw cakes could be so tasty, but it was really delicious. I didn't ask about plant milks as I had herbal tea.
