Great sushi (for this non-sushi person) - Edit
I’ve gone here twice and loved it both times. I dislike seaweed because the taste reminds me of fish, but this place has soy paper available so totally changed my mind about sushi! My favorite is the mango avocado roll.

To begin, there are so many vegan options here. The menu is clearly marked with a vegan symbol so you don’t have to make any guesses.

The miso soup is so delicious and we also tried edamame.
It’s a nice atmosphere and staff were friendly. Would definitely come here again and if you have a big group, they have a vegan sushi boat!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The outdoor seating is plentiful and you can reserve outdoor tables. You don't even have to walk through the restaurant to get to the outdoor seating. All the tables have umbrellas and there's an attractive view of the river. Vegan options are clearly marked on the printed menu. The service is quick and attentive and the food was delicious. We ordered vegetable gyoza and garlic tofu for appetizers and the vegan sushi party boat. It was plenty of food for four adults.

I had the Bean Curd Sushi and Peanut Sushi the last time I was there and it was great! Will definitely be returning. All Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu with a green leaf and the servers are super accommodating. Prices for may seem kind of high at first but the portions are huge. You can definitely eat your meal for dinner and lunch the day after.
