Vegan set menu - must be booked in advance - Edit
I wasnt able to make same day reservation for 1 person (on a week day) I tryed my luck anyway and showed up at the restaurant. They had a table for me during lunch time but they told me the vegan set menu is available ONLY if reserved in advance.
Read moreOn their normal menu (in Japanese) they only have 2 items which are vegan: Dengaku and rice (which came with a small soup and pickled vegetables). Both items were delicious, so I can only dream of their set menu!
They were extremely kind and despite they didnt speak English and my Japanese is very limited we managed to communicate with a Translation app. Once at the table you get a wet towel to wash your hands and a cup of tea. They also apologised for not having more vegan options available and they gave me a complimentary chestnut adzuki beans cake!
Fenomenal service and delicious food! Arigato gozaimasu!

A local friend took us to this restaurant and it was fantastic. We were not expecting a fully vegan set menu.

Pros: Food presentation and taste was amazing, Setting was very nice, entrance is particularly be, Staff we lovely
