A bit disappointed - Edit
The food is really affordable especially during happy hours and portions are huge but the kebab was flavourless and the burgers' bread is dry (toasted). Only the patties are different between the 3 burgers : Seitan, soya TVP and beans.

Staff can handle english ,fortunately because no english menu as often in Poland. Portion are huge, despite the cheap prices. No dessert except some little brownie balls.

I went there to grab some desserts to take home. Got tiramisu and cake topped with fruit. They were both really good. I tried their veggie burgers which I wasn’t too crazy about. But I’m usually not big fan of those anyway. Was hoping they made it better.

I were there a few times already but after some unsatisfying visits I want to come back there to finally get something really worth reccomending. I enjoyed the seitan and mushrooms wrap, but got dissappointed with Polish Burger, which was flavourless and a bit cold. The hummus and veggie wrap was also cold and needed a lot more flavour. But still going to visit them sometime. Hope I will finnaly get some satisfying food there.

Bardzo lubię to miejsce, szczególnie że Lublin nie oferuje tak wiele wege miejsc. Mimo to ciężko powiedzieć, że jedzenie w Umei zajmuje wysokie podium, jeśli jadło się lepiej w pierwszych lepszych wegańskich knajpach w innych miastach. Ogromny plus za zróżnicowanie - menu każdego dnia jest inne. Za niewielką cenę można naprawdę się najeść.

Different menu every day, low prices, friendly staff and cosy local - my first visit there was one of the best decisions I've made in 2016. And from this day I'm in Umea almost every week.

Sometimes it still happens that the burgers are very nice, however more times I left this place unsatisfied than content. Usually, the food is bland, once even served cold. Burgers are not the main star of the menu anymore and the dishes are often very disappointing.

Umea has an appearance of just another regular vegan cafe/restaurant, but it definitely belongs to the group of places worth visiting. I ordered a seitan kebab, so nothing fancy, but damn it was good! And big! I was quite hungry and it filled my belly up to the top (and believe me, I can eat a lot).

What can I say, it is not a really interesting place considering how it looks etc. With that being said, the food was extremely tasty. I ordered both a soup and a burger, and it was enough for a filling lunch.
