Surprised by the vegan options - Edit
I was surprised to find 3 vegan options on the menu and decided to try all of them: the green oat burger, cauliflower wings & mushroom-filled schlutzkrapfen. The burger was good and was served with fries and ketchup. As a Belgian, I usually prefer my fries with mayonnaise, but they only had mayonnaise with chicken eggs unfortunately. The cauliflower wings were the best I ever tried: tender cauliflower deep-fried with a well-spiced coating containing plenty of paprika. The schlutzkrapfen were a local pasta variety similar to ravioli and were also nice. I was really happy with all of these options and really liked the bar in general. Hopefully they will also add a vegan option for dessert at some point, like maybe some dairy-free vanilla sauce for their germknödel.

Good options on the buffet salad bar - Edit
Only vegan options was the buffet salad bar. However, there are plenty of options so it is possible to combine multiple vegetables and beans. They were very tasty.
