Clearly Not Vegan Options - Edit
The listed vegan option contain crab & egg. On the board, you can clearly see the fingerprints on the screen from where others have pointed to the vegan symbol next to the California roll.

Can’t trust this place - Edit
Can’t trust the labeled vegan options; California roll containing crab meat and mayo is labeled Vegan, “Vegan Shoyu Ramen” chef special contains egg noodles. Unsure about broth but it looks exactly the same as my husband’s broth who got the pork ramen.
