My favorite vegan restaurant in the world - Edit
Umami Gastronomia is a full experience. The food is SO GOOD and so fresh, and the menu is different every single day. Chef Denner is an artist and is super skilled at transforming vegan food into an authentic and unique experience. I’ve been here a handful of times and I will continue to come here every time I go to São Paulo because I know that Umami will never disappoint. Every time I’ve come here, Chef Denner has been so welcoming and kind, and he takes the time to talk to everyone at every table and fully explain the dishes and his inspirations for the recipes and the ingredients that he sources. Out of all of the vegan restaurants I have ever been to in the whole world, this is my favorite.

O Umami me surpreendeu do início ao fim. A começar pelo local, que é bastante acolhedor, e o atendimento é igualmente excelente a ponto de te fazer se sentir muito bem vindo. Há várias opções de refeições, bebidas e sobremesas, e tudo que tive oportunidade de provar era simplesmente perfeito. Amei a experiência e indico fortemente.

Já tive uma boa primeira impressão com o ótimo atendimento e hospitalidade e de surpresa recebemos um caldinho de alho poró de entrada que estava uma delícia. Geralmente há 6 opções de pratos por dia e escolhemos strogonoff de cogumelos e tofu e risoto fungi, ambos com ótimas texturas e aromas, com uma incrível complexidade de sabores, que não deixam nada a desejar. Tudo claramente feito com muito carinho e cuidado.
