New menu with no vegan options. They have one vegetarian salad which can be modified to make vegan by removing cheese. That’s it.

Great place to stay and eat - Edit
I stayed at Chakana hotel number of times and restaurant is part of the hotel, but you don’t have to be a guest to eat here. Beautifully designed place and great menu and owner who is vegetarian herself is very open to accommodate any requests to modify dishes. She is very connected with indigenous community, conservation, healers and is very in-tuned with ideas and principals of veganism.
