Incredible vegan sushi - Edit
Came here for the lunch sushi set while on Teshima. It might have been my favourite meal so far in Japan. Everything was fresh and delicious. Try their homemade fruit syrup soda, it is made using local fruits grown in Teshima.

This restaurant truly offers a high-end luxurious but also very refined set meal that is not to be missed.
Read moreOur Airbnb host made a dinner reservation for me, and I arrived, sat down, and waited for the meal. There are no menu's for dinner, instead the duo in the kitchen slowly, but not too slowly, brings out each piece of the set meal to enjoy.
The meals were absolutely fantastic, full of flavour but also so basic in it's construction. It is definitely the most innovative and interesting meal I had in Japan.
I would 100% come back here if I was in Teshima, as it was so lovely to try out the large variety of tastes and textures.
Whilst it is quite pricey, I think it was 100% worth it!
Pros: extremely tasty meal, very relaxing traditional restaurant
