Pretty decent selection of vegan dishes, all properly labeled. It was cold and rainy in Vitoria when I had dinner here, so went for the vegan ramen, which was spicy enough to warm me up.

Corral Vegan Yaki Udon - Edit
This was my second time in Udon, so I order a different dish (I already reviewed the yaki udon with heura). This one barely had any vegetables... About the Heura filet, it reminded me of a giant nugget, which I didn't enjoy... The udon were great but the yakisoba sauce not so much; I think it has ketchup. I might give the Heura filet a second chance and buy it in the supermarket. I'll order a different dish next time.
