Several vegan options - Edit
Restaurant with several vegan options: soba, udon, curry rice, ramen, and various starters. The food is good, and the vegan options are labeled. As a downside, the only vegan ramen they have now is spicy (I like spicy food, but for others, it might be an issue).

Ramen and soba - Edit
Japanese restaurant with vegan options such as ramen, yakisoba, yakiudon, rice, gyozas, baos & more. Lots of options have vegan chicken (heura), so it's not like "rice with only vegetables". Most vegan dishes are slightly spicy or medium spicy. The food is delicious, super tasty food. Maybe it's a little expensive, but it's worth the visit. They have also a vegan dessert: chocolate cake with mango ice cream (the other ice cream flavours are not vegan).

Multiple vegan options on the menu, we tried curry with Heura and tofu and vegan coral yakisoba noodles with "chicken". It was great. Kombucha was tasty as well.

We tried the spring roll, edamame and pork buns (in vegan), which were all delicious, but a little small for the price. The two vegan udon noodle options were delicious and worth the price. The staff were friendly and the preparation was quick.

I had the midday menu for 13€. It includes an entree, main dish and drink. I had vegan Gyoza and the Udon noodles with fake chicken. Portion sizes were OK and so were the taste. Nothing super special but alright if you are close to the area.

We are very satisfied. For personal reasons we had to order takeaway and were surprised at how they handled the broth and ramen. Very good and particular the vegan option with Heura impressive taste close to the original. Perhaps too spicy for our taste also because it was not specified.

Read more¡Pero no! Hay como mínimo un plato vegano para cada apartado: Rollitos de primavera, gyozas, arroz con curry, yakisoba, udon, rolls, buns con pan bao y heura, soba miso.
Además la camarera Sonia muy agradable, me preguntó si yo no había comido poster y le dije que no podía (no le especifiqué por qué) y enseguida me dijo que si era porque soy vegana que también hay algunos helados sin leche.
Muy buena experiencia, volveremos.

A few tasty vegan dishes - Edit
3 or 4 vegan dishes on the menu (not including starters or desserts), they are flexible to create other options with the ingredients they have. I wanted a vegan soup dish with udon, they didn't have the menu but made it for me. Most vegam dishes have Eura.

We where looking for a place to eat around our accommodation and has there weren't any veg place we started the usual hunt through restaturant/menu's that may takes hours. Looking on the app we found this place in the aqua mall, usually we are not fan of malls especially in old nice cities but we got surprised by a large choices on the menu. Food alright and very friendly .

They have limited vegan options, but the ones they have are good. The last three times I have been there they didn’t have the vegan gyozas.

Buenas opciones con tofu y heura. Las gyozas no estaban muy bien, apenas sin darles forma.... No sé si es algo puntual por las prisas. El plato de otoño muy rico, fideos soba con salsa de leche de coco con miso y un toque picante con heura como proteína vegetal.
