I had the Corral Vegan Yakisoba, which had a sliced vegan protein patty and teriyaki sauce. Not bad and good service, too.

De l'attente entre les plats (quasiment 30 minutes...😰) Mais cela vaut le coup.
On a pris le ramen vegan très bon et légèrement piquant, ainsi que les yakisoba vegan coral (style tonkatsu en vegan sur des yakisoba aux légumes).
Tout était très bon.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'options véganes pour les desserts...
Bon service, bilingue espagnol/anglais.
Cadre japonisant et assez épuré.

Es gibt viele vegane Gerichte. Ich hatte den veganen Reis mit Gemüse, Tofu und Heura. Das war sehr lecker, viel knackiges Gemüse. Kokosnuss war nur ganz leicht zu schmecken, absolut perfekt. Mein Mann hatte die veganen Udon Nudeln mit Heura. Es war super Wetter, deswegen haben wir draußen gesessen, das Restaurant innen ist sehr stylisch. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

I had the vegan ramen which was delicious, a chocolate vegetarian dessert (Dorayaki de Chocolate), a soy latte (Illy brand coffee) and ginger Kombucha. One of my best meals in Spain.

If you would like a change from traditional Spanish food come here. They have a large menu and vegan and vegetarian food is clearly marked. They use vegetable "meat" which isn't our thing but still there were plenty of choices. Veg gyoza excellent.

Amazing ramen and gyozas - Edit
I would give it 5 stars if I could, because the ramen was amazing. We ordered also the vegetable gyozas and the Heura yaki udon, which were also delicious. The staff was very accommodating!

The buckwheat noodles was super filling and tasted amazing! Lovely with some coconut milk and different flavors after 30 days on the Camino. The ramen was good as well, and there were more vegan options, like the gyozas and the wakame salad which also was nice

I’ve missed plant based food options that go beyond French fries, mixed salad, cream of vegetables soup (in Portugal), and Spanish omelette (tortilla Español). The vegan ramen noodles were amazing; going back tonight to try something else!

Warm, rich broth with noodles and veggies most welcome on a chilly, rainy night. Several other vegan options...but the ramen was the winner in our group. ("Karee" or curry evidently was less stellar...but I didn't taste it.)

Descubrí este restaurante el año pasado y automáticamente se convirtió en uno de mis favoritos. La decoración es súper acogedora y cálida. Las mesas están bien espaciadas y son amplias, además de otorgar la intimidad que esperas con tus amigos, familia o pareja, o contigo misma. La comida está buenísima y los abundantes.

No íbamos con ninguna expectativa y nos sorprendió. No cuenta con mucha variedad en la carta pero lo que hay está bastante bueno, destacamos el Karee & Tofu con heura y salsa de curry.
